South Cornwall Caretakers Services
- To water any shrub or plants in or out side the property.
- Provision of a 24 hour emergency call out with daily availability 9:30am -6pm for day to day enquiries for any problems which may arise during your tenants stay.
- Employ a cleaner to clean the property on changeover day. Public Liability Insurance to cover cleaners working at your property.
- Liaising with the booking agency & keeping them informed of any problems which may arise.
- Notifying the owner of any damage or missing items and (if required by the owner) replacing same at owners expense with articles of a similar nature and value entirely at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd discretion.
- To deal with any minor repairs and incidents that in South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd sole discretion requires action as considered necessary by us & within a reasonable period notify the owners by telephone or email as appropriate.
- For emergencies of a serious nature (at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd discretion) to contact the owners by telephone if possible, but if unobtainable, to take appropriate action at the sole liability, cost, risk and expense of the owner.
We take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs
& are Fully Insured for your protection
- A weekly visit by a representative of South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd to the premises if it is unoccupied. The date & time of the visit to be at South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd's discretion as we attempt to make these visits at irregular intervals thereby making it more difficult for vandals or would be burglars to plan depredation against your property.
- Internal and external check of the property for signs of obvious damage or deterioration of the property & to notify the owner of the same. This only applies to patent defects.
- Collection & redirection of mail to the owner (excluding postage cost).
- To check that gas, electricity & water services are turned off as required by the owner.
- To obtain suitable estimates from local tradesmen for any necessary repairs or redecoration when required by the owners.
We are happy to provide a quote for any of the following services which you may require in connection with your property, namely:-
- Cleaning your property on a change over day.
- Spring clean (a thorough clean of the property or individual room)
- A supply of milk, tea bags, sugar & biscuits to make up the welcome tea tray on changeover days.
- Fresh flowers
- Laundry service for your bed linen, towels, bathmats, and general household linen.
- Supervision of tradesmen when the premises are unoccupied.
- Oven Cleaning,
- Carpet shampoo
