South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd provide flexible support for owners of furnished holiday accommodation which they use for their own holidays, or which they let out to other people.
We confine our activities to South Cornwall ensuring we can provide our services with the personal touch and attention to detail for your individual requirements.
Many owners are pleased to have the responsibility taken over by someone who is always on the spot, holidaymakers also have someone to refer to as we are on call 24 hours a day , 7 days a week for emergencies.
South Cornwall Caretakers Ltd has full Liability Insurance, giving you that extra peace of mind that other companies do not. (details on request)

South Cornwall Caretakers was established by Vanessa in April 2002
In 2004 Vanessa & Craig decided to expand the business & continued to do so until they left for the Caribbean in June 2010, when Mark Wilson took over as the Manager.
Mark continued building the company’s good reputation & expanding the business.
Vanessa & Craig returned to the U.K at the end of 2011.
They are working hard with their team to expand the company, while ensuring that the high standard that the company stands for is upheld.
Who we are.
Vanessa & Craig Scott (Owners) & Directors
Vanessa & Craig are a married couple & have lived & worked together for more than 17 years. Their employment history includes: Head House Keeper, Maintenance Manager & most recently Island Resort Managers of an 8 acre island in the beautiful British Virgin Islands. (Marina Cay) Where they managed all aspects of the island including the Hotel, Dock, Staffing, Weddings etc.
